We would like to reassure our members and guests we will be operate with COVIDSafe systems and processes in place. Our staff have been trained in our sytems and processes and will be ensuring members and guests are supported and have an enjoyable visit to WaterMarc

WaterMarc is open in accordance with all State Government regulations.  
The Centre will be vigilant in implementing infection control procedures including daily cleaning in accordance with normal protocols, the promotion of healthy hygiene habits and will make hand sanitiser available for staff and patrons to use while using the Centre.

Remember, if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID, flu, cough or cold to please remain away from the centre until you are feeling 100%.  We look forward to supporting you in good health and fitness as we reopen.

Re-Opening Road Map Stage D
 

As we reach a new state vaccination milestone, further restrictions will change from tomorrow, Friday 19 November.

As part of the State Government restriction changes proof of vaccination must be shown for all visitors aged 12 years & 2 months or older.

Masks are no longer mandatory in our venue. However, we ask you to please carry a mask and wear it when you cannot physically distance.

Remember to continue to check-in via the Services VIC app upon entry and show the friendly COVID Check In Marshal your proof of vaccination..

No Jab? No Worries–while we wait for restrictions to ease further, memberships can be placed on free suspension for those who may not be able to or wish to not return to our venue at this time.

What are we doing to minimise health risks in-Centre?

The Centre will be vigilant in implementing infection control procedures including daily cleaning in accordance with normal protocols, the promotion of healthy hygiene habits and will make hand sanitiser available for staff and patrons to use while using the Centre.  As per government regulations all staff and patrons entering the centre are required to be fully vaccinated and wear a mask indoors.

If I have or am undergoing a period of self-isolation, what happens to my membership?

If you are showing symptoms or have been recommended by a Health Professional to self isolate, you should be staying at home and minimising contact with others.  Please contact the Centre team to discuss managing your membership where you are uncertain of your options.
 

What happens to Swim School or Personal Training sessions I have booked?

If you have any Swim School lessons or Personal Training booked, please contact the Aquatics team or your Personal Trainer.
