Our timetable features a wide variety of exercise classes to suit everybody’s individual needs and fitness levels. Getting started in a gym can be daunting. If you want to build up your confidence, group fitness classes can help you through accountability and social encouragement.

Our timetable is correct at the time of publication and is subject to change. Please note public holiday classes are not included in the printed timetable.

Professional and Fun Group Fitness Instructors 

Our group fitness professionals provide quality instructing to motivate you to work out to the best of your ability. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, our group fitness instructors are sure to inspire you to achieve your fitness goals.
 

Family Friendly Classes 

We want to make health and fitness accessible to everyone. Participants aged between 10-15 are able to participate in classes marked (ff) on our timetable, provided they are accompanied by an adult aged over 18 years of age at all times. Cost per child is $5 per class.

  • Group Fitness Conditions of Entry
  • The group fitness timetable is subject to change without notice.
  • Multi-visit passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
  • Class duration will vary from 30 minutes to 55 minutes depending on the type of class unless specified in the class description.
  • There are several classes designed to increase mobility, flexibility, strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. These classes cater for all levels of fitness including our seniors and older adults. These classes are marked with an * on the timetable.

Class Descriptions

Les Mills Programs

BODY PUMP (45 mins) A barbell workout that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises with great music and awesome instructors inspiring you. 

LES MILLS CORE  (30 mins) The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core.  With dynamic training that focusses on your abs, glutes, back and obliques.

LES MILLS TONE (45 mins) A mix of functional training and tubing exercises mixed with great music, TONE accommodates most fitness levels.

SH’BAM* (45 mins) Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, it’s the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star!

Cycle

CYCLE (45 mins & XPRESS 30 mins) Freestyle indoor cycling class coached by an instructor who will guide you through a series of sprints, climbs and attacks. Riders are accompanied by motivating music and can work at their own pace.

RPM (45 mins) Les Mills pre-choreographed group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low inpact and will inspire you to reach your personal best.

SPRINT (30 mins) Les Mills High Intensity cycle class. Short, intense interval training to push you to achieve your personal best.

Wellbeing

BARRE SCULPT* (45 mins)A fusion of ballet barre, yoga and Pilates. Designed to challenge core stability and balance using bodyweight and light hand weights as resistance.  Barre Sculpt will help you achieve a lean and strong body.

BODY BALANCE (55 mins) The Yoga and Pilates’ workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches and moves to set to calming music.  Participants will need to be able to bear some weight on their hands and kneel on a mat.

MEDITIATION (30mins) *Stretch and release the body with a short gentle yoga sequence, followed by guided mindfulness and relaxation.

PILATES*  (45-50 mins) Pilates will assist in strengthening your core area and improving your flexibility, by focusing on correct body alignment, breathing, and lengthening and strengthening your muscles. May involve use of a variety of props / equipment.

PILATES HIIT (45 mins) Incorporates traditional mat Pilates combined with elements of high intensity interval training (HIIT)

YOGA* (45 - 55 mins) 

Ashtanga Yoga Strong Yoga. Physically challenging and rigorous series of postures designed to build strength and flexibility. Perfect for athletes or those wishing to push beyond their limits.

Vinyasa Yoga Enjoy an energetic style of flowing movements synchornised with breath. Sun salutations, standing balancing and meditive relaxtion.

Hatha Yoga Yoga for everybody, moving mindfully and deliberately into different poses thst challenge strength and flexibility, whilst at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. 

Yoga Blend A combination of hatha yoga and restorative yoga.

WWPP & 50 Metre Pool

AQUA FIT* (45 mins) Aqua Fit is a workout in water that is inclusive of every fitness level and every age.  Working out in water eliminates stress on the joints, will improve cardiovascular fitness, can increase your strength, your flexibility and overall health.  Classes are usually a combination of body weight exercises, using water as resistance, and equipment based exercises using dumbbells, kickboards and noodles. 

AQUA DANCE* (45mins) Dance and splash your way into fitness with an invigorating low impact aquatic class

DEEP WATER RUNNING (45 mins) (must be confident in deep water) A higher intensity deep water workout where participnats should be comfortable working out in deep water.  Aqua flotation belts are optional. Meet at deep end of the 50 metre pool.

Other Programs

BOXING (55 mins) Punching technique, pad work, skipping, running and abdominal work that will make you sweat! Please bring inners if you aren't using your own gloves. 

CIRC-HIIT (30 - 45 mins) A mix of strength and cardio training, using high intensity intervals with weights and body weight exercises.

HIIT STRENGTH (30 mins) Short bursts of high intensity strength training

LATIN DANCE FITNESS* (45 mins) Fusion of Latin Rhythms; a fun way to improve fitness, balance, strength and hip mobility. No dance experience necessary!

KETTLEBELL (30 mins) Improve your overall strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and endurance with a combination of functional and compound exercises using kettlebells.
 
ZUMBA (55 mins) Exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. It’s a combination of fitness and dance moves to swinging Latin music.

ZUMBA GOLD* (45 mins) A lower impact, easy to follow, Latin inspired dance fitness party.  While you’re moving, dancing and having a blast, you’re also enjoying a cardio workout .
 

Older Adults Program*

The Seniors Program of classes are designed to help keep the mind, body and spirit of older adults active, engaged and strong. We aim to offer classes that are varied and enjoyable, where individuals can come together as a community.  

FALLS PREVENTION* (45 mins) The falls  prevention program aims to improve strength and balance, in order to minimize falls risk. Our goal is to educate the importance of balance training and how it can improve overall health.  
Level 1 is our entry level class, perfect for participants who are new to strength training or those with mobility issues.
Level 2 involves floor work, paricipants must be comfortable getting up and down from the floor without assistance.
If you are unsure which class to attend, we strongly resommend you particiapte in level 1 on your first visit. Your instructor will be able to assist you in your progression into level 2.

CARDIO & STRONG SENIORS* (45 mins)
Cardio Seniors (main studio) is a cardio workout that will help improve heart and lung fitness as well as your balance and co-ordination.  This class has everything - music, friends and movement.  
Strong Seniors (main studio) is a strength based class of functional strength exercises using your body weight, balls and light hand weights. These exercises will strengthen your muscles so that everyday tasks remain easy and enjoyable.

YIN YOGA* (45 mins) A gentle yoga class (wellbeing studio) with balancing practice included and very little weight bearing on the hands, and poses held for longer duration. Ideal for beginners and those wanting a slower, gentle class.

GREENSBOROUGH MALLWALKERS* (45 mins) Meet Greensborough Plaza outside Target, Level 2.  An all-weather walking group inside Greensborough Plaza. Walk, talk and enjoy a cuppa afterwards.

GYM CIRCUIT* (45 mins) Held in the coaching zone room in the gym, this motivating class will build strength and cardio fitness whilst exercising with like-minded people. All experience levels and abilities welcome!

WONDER WOMEN* (45 mins) Womens only strength and fitness class held in the Coaching Zone room of the health club. A combination of body weight, free weight and machine weight exercises. Non-itimidating and social, the perfect class if you're wanting to transition into gym training or looking for company whilst you work out. 

SENIORS CYCLE* (30 mins) Connect with others in this easy to moderate intensity class set to great  music. Perfect for beginners!

Specialty Classes
All specialty class are $5 per session for non-members unless specified

ALL ABILITIES AQUA* (30 mins)
Fun and movement in the water, with simple moves and familiar music and dance moves. Parents and carers welcome. Warm Water Program Pool

ALL ABILITIES DANCE* (45 mins)
A fun, inclusive dance class designed to enable everyone to participate - whatever their age and ability. Parents and carers welcome. Main Studio. Runs during school terms only. 

TAI CHI (45mins)
Calm your body and mind as you focus on gentle martial-arts inspired movements. Runs during school terms only. Wellbeing room
